Re: One Day Sale: AE 5.7 $15.99

Subscribe to the Palmeto email list. They have been selling SS197 for 15.99 and 16.99. I picked up 750 rounds a couple weeks ago @15.99

Re: threaded barrel shroud

I really like this shroud. The can stays on pretty much full time. Here's a short video of a friend shooting it with subs on a 100yd steel plate.

Re: Trimming options

I have the trim pro 1 and the 3 way cutting head with a 1/2 drill attached. It works well but it's slower. The EZ trim is surprisingly fast and leaves a nice finish cut. The EZ trim is a little hard on the fingers after a couple hundred rounds but I think a good leather glove would solve that. The b...

Re: Trimming options

It does need to be used over a work bench or something. It just kind of drops shavings. Adjusting it is REALLY easy and the micrometer is accurate.

Re: Trimming options

I ordered one of these trimmers and dies (two come with it) for 5.56, 308, and 300BLK. I contacted Troy at their shop and they made a 5.7 die for me for about 30 bucks. Works really well. He did say he would have to have them made to order as they are not a regular stock item (yet). http://www.eztri...

Re: Paper Form 1 approved in less than 2 months

I used these guys to set up a simple trust. It was $99 and you can upgrade it to a more comprehensive trust if required. It's was quick and easy and they specialize.

Re: 5.7 Reload using Blue Dot

I would guess AA #5 , AA #7, and AA #9.

I would read that as all three demonstrate pressure spikes in loadings over 40,000 psi

Re: threaded barrel shroud

The installation was a little difficult (drilling out the pin), but I really like it so far. My form 4 arrives this month so I will follow up with some comments after I get to shoot it a bit with the suppressor.

Good source for brass

I found these guys and ordered some brass from them. I ordered it July 27th and it showed up at my door (in Wa. state) this afternoon. The brass is in excellent condition and exactly as described on the site. I went back to order more but they were sold old. The price was a bit higher then pre-Dec ....
